The Hydrotherapy Process
Every session is designed to ensure your pet feels secure and confident. For new swimmers, we provide properly fitted life jackets as a safety standard. If your pet is here for medical reasons—such as arthritis relief, post-surgery recovery, or obesity management—our team provides dedicated, one-on-one, in-water handling. We keep the sessions active but controlled to prevent fatigue, using ramps to assist pets with limited mobility.
Hygiene and Aftercare
We take post-swim care very seriously. After every splash, we perform a thorough fresh-water rinse to remove pool chemicals, followed by a meticulous session with our high-velocity dryers. This step is critical to prevent skin issues and ensure your pet's coat is thoroughly dried, keeping your home clean after you leave. You can watch the entire process through our glass doors, so you are always connected to what is happening.
