About My Training & Development
A lot of people ask me why I spend so much time at training seminars. Simple answer: hair science is always changing. When you sit in my chair, you want the latest cuts or a smoothing treatment that actually lasts. By keeping up with new techniques and L'Oreal products, I make sure the look you want isn't just a trend I saw on Instagram, but a professional style that fits your hair type and face shape perfectly.
Whether it is mastering a new layering technique for better volume or understanding the chemistry behind a Botox treatment, these workshops help me get it right. My philosophy is simple: if I'm not learning, I'm not growing. I don't just follow trends. I learn the 'why' and 'how' behind them so I can adapt them to you.
