About Interactive Live Stations
Live counters are about flow as much as they are about the food. When we set up a station, we require at least 10 feet of space to ensure our chefs can work efficiently without creating bottlenecks for your guests. If you are planning an outdoor venue or working in a tight hall, we need to coordinate with your venue manager early to secure the specific power points and ventilation required for grills and woks.
