About My Art on the Road: Global Gigs
Planning an event away from home? My setup is completely portable. I travel with my own professional wooden easel, LED lighting, and drawing supplies, ensuring that whether we are at a palace in Ranthambore or a market in Dubai, the caricature booth is ready the moment I land. You do not need to worry about sourcing any artist equipment locally.
When you hire me for a destination event, you are getting more than just a sketch artist; you are getting a hassle-free entertainment solution. My 'Carry the Caricature' kit is designed for mobility. I have performed at venues ranging from bustling city centers to remote resorts, and I understand the logistics of traveling for work.
How I Work on the Road
- Self-Contained Booth: I arrive with my easel, signage, and battery-powered LED lights if the venue lighting is dim. I don't require complex staging or power setups.
- Quick Turnaround: I maintain the same speed and quality on the road as I do in my Kolkata studio, churning out 10 to 12 high-quality sketches per hour. Whether it is a sangeet or a corporate conference, the line keeps moving and the energy stays high.
- Cultural Connection: My favorite part of traveling is meeting people from different backgrounds. Drawing an Uzbek family in Tashkent or an accordion player in Dubai helps me bring a unique, international flavor to your event.
Booking for Travel
If you are planning an outstation or international gig, please reach out at least 4 weeks in advance. This gives us enough time to sort out travel arrangements and ensures I can block the dates exclusively for your celebration. I am comfortable performing in diverse environments, from formal wedding receptions to casual, high-energy pop-up festivals.
