How Our Cake Smash Sessions Work

Every first birthday session is a balance between a planned set and a baby-led experience. We know that one-year-olds are unpredictable, and that is where the magic happens.

The Setup & Themes We design the set specifically for your little one. Whether you love the brightness of a Sunflower theme, the colors of a Pastel Rainbow, or a classic Fashion Diva vibe, we handle the balloon arch, the backdrop, and the props. If you have a specific vision, we can customize a theme to match.

What Happens During the Shoot

• Portraits First: We always start with clean, formal portraits. This gets the baby comfortable in the environment while they are still neat and their outfit is pristine.
• The Smash: Once the baby is settled, we bring out the cake. This is when the messy fun begins. Some babies dive in immediately, and some take a moment to explore the texture. Both reactions are beautiful.
• The Cleanup: Our packages often include a bubble bath or cleanup session, ensuring you don't leave the studio with frosting everywhere.

Studio Locations & Logistics We shoot at our studios in Vasant Vihar and CP. These spaces are purpose-built for kids, with controlled lighting and safe, baby-friendly props. If you prefer the outdoors, we can plan a lifestyle shoot at locations like Lodhi Garden or Deer Park, incorporating natural light and park surroundings.

A Note on Real Life We don't expect perfection. If your baby cries or needs a break, we pause. We work with their mood, not against it. That is why our photos feel like your family, not a catalogue.
