What Training Looks Like
We train at professional-grade turfs across Bangalore, ensuring you get maximum ball contact time in every session. Our approach focuses on three core pillars:
- Tactical Intelligence: We run regular chalk talks on formations, positional play, and decision-making under pressure.
- Conditioning: Strength and injury prevention routines are mandatory. We also provide guidance on performance nutrition to ensure your body recovers as hard as it trains.
- Match Exposure: You won't just train; you will compete. We place our teams in the KSFA Youth Premier League, BDFA divisions, and invitational cups to ensure you gain experience against the best talent in the state.
