First-Timers Welcome: Building Water Confidence
Swimming is new for many pups. We are here to make sure their first splash is safe, fun, and fear-free. Our team gets right in the water with them, so your dog feels supported every step of the way.
For dogs who are a bit hesitant, we take things slow. Our team members provide gentle support to help them get used to the feeling of the water.

If your dog is nervous, we don't just stand by the side. We get right in the pool with them. Whether it’s helping them get used to the water level or just keeping them calm, our team stays in the water during those first sessions until they’re paddling on their own. It’s all about building trust before they build speed.
Why First Swims Need Extra Care
For many dogs, water can be intimidating. A sudden splash or getting out of their depth can turn a fun activity into a stressful one. That’s why we handle first-timers differently. We keep the pool environment calm, controlled, and focused entirely on your dog’s comfort levels.
How We Build Confidence
- In-Pool Support: Our handlers are with your dog in the water. We use floating toys to encourage movement and gentle physical support to keep them stable.
- Step-by-Step: We start at the shallow end. We never force a dog to swim. If they want to just stand and splash for the first session, that’s progress.
- Safety First: We require up-to-date vaccinations to keep the water healthy for everyone. The area is enclosed, so there’s no risk of running off.
After the Splash
The session isn’t over when they get out. We provide a fresh water rinse to wash off chlorine and finish up with a high-velocity blow dry. It’s a full grooming process that ensures your pup goes home clean and dry, not damp and smelly. Whether you’re coming to our Dwarka location or our resort in Sector 107, Gurugram, the level of care remains the same. Bring them in, let them test the waters, and you might just find a new water baby.
