Since 2019, we have turned our love for dogs into a second home. No cages, just plenty of open space, home-cooked meals, and real family care for your furry kids.
Ever wondered how we started? It all began with friends asking us to look after their dogs. We realized there was a need for a true "homely environment" for pets, and in 2019, Bow Bow's Den was born.
Our tagline is "a leash-free environment," and we stand by it. We ensure every dog gets plenty of time to run, play, and socialize freely in our secure yard, so they can enjoy their vacation as much as you enjoy yours.
We serve fresh, home-cooked meals just like you would at home. Before any stay, we discuss your dog's dietary needs, from chicken and rice to specific veggies, ensuring their meals are both delicious and familiar.
How do we ensure safety? We pair dogs based on temperament, have dedicated caretakers supervising at all times, and maintain CCTV surveillance. Plus, we have a paravet on-site and a vet on call 24/7 for any emergencies.
A healthy pet is a happy pet. We require all boarding dogs to have up-to-date vaccination records, including kennel cough. This is a crucial step we take to protect the health and safety of all our furry guests.
Manpreet explains the range of services we offer, including day boarding, long-term boarding, basic grooming, and access to our swimming pool and cafe. We are a one-stop destination for your pet's needs, open from 6 AM to 10 PM.
We maintain a comfortable ambient temperature in our rooms year-round. With air conditioning in the summer and heaters in the winter, we ensure your pet is always cozy and relaxed during their indoor rest time.

About Our Story & Our Promise
Honestly, this didn't start as a business plan. It began when our friends kept asking us to watch their dogs because they could not find a place that didn't feel like a cold, metal-caged kennel. We started in 2019 simply because we wanted a space where dogs could run, act goofy, and eat 'ghar ka khana' [home-style food] just like they do at home. If it is not good enough for our own rescue dog, Tara, it is not good enough for our guests.
Our journey from watching friends' pets in our own home to hosting over 10,000 happy dogs across our Dwarka and Gurugram locations has one constant: we never built a kennel. We built a 'Den'.

When we realized that most boarding options involved locking pets in small, concrete cages for the majority of the day, we knew we had to change the script.
