About this collection

I designed these sessions specifically for those days when you need to recharge, not just burn calories. We combine belly dance isolations to strengthen your core with gentle stretching and sound healing to help you actually switch off from the daily grind.

It is easy to get caught up in the rush of daily life or wedding season stress, so I created these sessions as a dedicated space just for you. We start by building actual body awareness. Belly dance here is not about the performance; it is purely for core conditioning and finding control in your movements. You will see us working on strength and flexibility during these hours, giving your muscles the care they deserve.

After the movement, we transition into sound healing using Tibetan singing bowls. It is the perfect way to lower anxiety and help you get that deep rest your body craves. Whether you are 15 or 50, you fit right in. We maintain dedicated batches so you are always surrounded by peers who share your energy. Plus, the studio is fully air-conditioned and equipped with sprung flooring to keep your joints safe while you work on that flexibility.
