Why I Started BollyBeats
Dance is everything to me. I wanted fitness to feel like a celebration, not a boring routine. That’s how BollyBeats happened - full josh, full fire-u! Here, you walk in for a workout, you stay for the party vibes.

Think the energy of a wedding sangeet, but with proper fitness moves. I mix Bollywood, Bhangra, and local hits from Kannada, Tamil, Telugu playlists. You get a Bollywood cardio workout that’s fun, easy to follow, and seriously effective. No complicated steps - just pure movement and music.
Can’t Dance? Don’t Stress
Don’t worry, bossu! Half our BollyBeats Family started out saying “I have two left feet.” All ages and fitness levels join, from total newbies to regulars. The steps are simple, and you’ll pick them up, promise.

My Story
Hey, I’m Rohit, and dance is my heartbeat. BollyBeats happened because I wanted fitness to feel less like punishment, more like celebration. My world spins around my wife Sabi (21 years strong!), trekking, rooftop dancing, and my kids Arya and Sezaal. Family, friends, and my Team Forever crew keep me going. Whether I’m in Bangalore or Abu Dhabi, I bring that BollyBeats energy. Life’s for making memories, sweating, smiling, and shouting Har Har Mahadev!
