Before you even touch a file, you need to understand the structure of the nail plate. I teach you that specific buffers start from 80 grit, and if you use the wrong one, you are actively damaging the nail bed. We don't just show you how to apply polish. We teach you the science of buffer grades and nail anatomy so you know exactly why you are using each tool. Theek hai?
