Room Decor
- Loose Balloons: 80-100 Air-filled latex balloons (Pastel or Standard finish) scattered on the floor or attached to the ceiling.
- Foil Accents: 'Welcome Home' or Baby Name alphabets in 16-inch foil balloons plus 2-3 large character foils (Baby bottle, Stroller, etc).
Execution
- Mockup: Basic 2D sketch provided before setup.
- Team: Setup by 1-2 decorators taking approx. 1.5-2 hours.
Round Backdrop & Organic Garland

- Main Display: 6ft x 6ft Round Backdrop (Iron Ring or Solid Ply) with custom printed flex skin (e.g., Winnie the Pooh, Boss Baby).
- Balloon Work: 'Organic' style L-shaped garland (approx. 10ft running length) draped over the frame using varying sizes (5" to 18"). Includes Chrome and Pastel balloons.
Props & Lighting
- Signage: Standard 'Oh Baby' or 'Happy Birthday' LED Neon light (Warm White).
- Cake Display: Set of 3 Cylindrical Pedestals matching the theme color.
- Cutouts: 1-2 Sunboard character cutouts (2ft to 3ft height).
Finishes
- Accents: 6-8 artificial floral bunches or pampas grass tucked into the balloon garland.
- Design: Digital render of the design included before finalizing.
