We keep our coach-to-player ratio low at 1:14 to ensure every child gets real-time tactical feedback on their ball control and passing. We train on floodlit artificial turf, so sessions focus on high-intensity drills that simulate actual match conditions, helping players build confidence and game IQ rather than just running laps.
