The secret to our table designs is the balance of scale. We often use a combination of low, dense greenery runners and taller, structured centerpieces to ensure guests maintain eye contact across the table while still feeling enveloped by the decor.
Our approach to table design goes beyond the visual. When we design for the Cordelia Ballroom or our sea-facing Promenade in Worli, we consider how the light shifts from sunset to evening. We select materials that interact with the coastal breeze and ensure that the placement of every glass and plate serves a practical purpose, keeping guests comfortable throughout the meal.
Lighting serves as the foundation of our work. Whether it is the soft glow of candles on a long, family-style table or dramatic pendant lights that define a formal dining area, we use illumination to guide the mood of the room. We focus heavily on texture, mixing fabrics, wood grains, and metallic accents to create depth, ensuring the tablescape looks as natural from a distance as it does up close.
Every floral arrangement is designed with the venue's architecture in mind. In the pillarless Cordelia hall, we can play with height and volume, while our smaller lounges allow for tighter, more intimate arrangements.
