Exclusive Full Venue Rental (Evening Session)
Venue Zones & Access
- Cordelia (Main Ballroom): Exclusive usage of the 3000+ sq. ft pillarless indoor hall. Capacity for 200+ seating or 500+ floating guests.
- The Promenade (Patio): Access to the adjoining open-air, sea-facing patio with weather-proof flooring.
- The Coral Lounge: Private suite for the host/bride featuring an ensuite premium washroom, full-length mirrors, and seating for 5-6 family members.
- Vista (Mezzanine): Access to the raised lounge area for aerial views or VIP seating.
- Duration: Standard evening slot usage (approx. 6 event hours plus setup time).
Infrastructure & Utilities
- Climate Control: Centralized high-capacity HVAC for all indoor areas.
- Power: 100% Silent DG Set backup ensuring zero downtime.
- Restrooms: Luxury washrooms with marble finish, automated fittings, and full-time attendants.
Manpower & Logistics
- Valet Service: Dedicated team of uniformed drivers and desk manager to handle parking logistics.
- Security: Trained personnel at main entry and peripheral points for crowd control.
- Staffing: Uniformed housekeeping for restrooms and floor clearing; dedicated Venue Manager as single point of contact.
Furniture & Setup
- Seating: Provision of standard padded banquet chairs and round tables with basic white linen.
- Lighting: Basic architectural dimmable lighting within the hall and patio.
Day-Part Venue Hire (Morning/Afternoon Session)
Venue Access (Daylight Shift)
- Zones Included: Full access to Cordelia (Ballroom), The Promenade (Patio), and Vista (Mezzanine).
- Green Room: Access to The Coral Lounge for speakers, VIPs, or resting.
- Timing: Usage restricted to a morning/afternoon block (Typically 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
Operational Support
- Cooling & Power: Full HVAC services and Generator backup included.
- Audio-Visual: Includes basic house PA system suitable for announcements or background music.
- Valet & Parking: Standard valet desk setup scaled for daytime capacity (approx. 100-150 cars).
Event Setup
- Furniture: Setup of theatre-style seating (conferences) or cluster seating (lunches) using in-house chairs and tables.
- Staffing: Pre-event deep cleaning, active housekeeping, security presence, and Venue Manager support.

Our venue can be whatever you want it to be. Need a seafront event venue for your sangeet or reception? The Cordelia Ballroom’s huge and pillarless, so nothing blocks the view. For those who want to dance outside, The Promenade lets you enjoy that Mumbai hawa (breeze) and a view you can’t fake. I’ve also set up the Coral Lounge for quieter moments and Vista for those smaller, more intimate gathering spaces.

Food’s not an afterthought here. I’ve been cooking for Bombay for 45 years now, so whether you want live food stations or a proper sit-down daawat, we’ll sort it. Menus are built around your story - regional Indian, Italian, even sattvic bhojan if you want something different.

Our home’s seen it all, from filmi parties to close-knit family get-togethers. We’ve travelled with our food, Dubai, Turkey, all over India. Awards?
