The Ritual
- Oil Flow: Continuous pouring of 1.5 to 2 liters of warm medicated herbal oil over the forehead for 30 to 45 mins.
- Massage: Includes Shiro Abhyanga (massage of scalp, neck, and shoulders) before the oil flow.
Post Treatment
- Hair Care: Deep conditioning effect on hair and scalp from oil saturation.
- Wash: Thorough double shampoo hair wash by staff to remove heavy oil.
- Recovery: A 10 minute rest period to acclimatize before leaving.
