My approach to ethnic and bridal photography is collaborative. Before the shoot, we have a consultation to discuss a mood board, ensuring we align on the theme, whether you are going for something classic, rustic, or fusion. During the 4 to 5 hour session, we have enough time for multiple outfit changes, allowing us to experiment with different looks without feeling rushed.
Technically, I use a mix of ambient light and off-camera flash. This setup allows me to create dramatic highlights that emphasize the richness of fabrics and the sparkle of gold jewelry. I also use basic props like minimalist stools or fabric backgrounds to add depth without cluttering the frame.
