How Our Live Stations Work
We believe party favors should be more than just a bag left on a table. When you book a live station, we handle the entire process from start to finish. Our team arrives with a curated display of products—ranging from neon jelly bags to 100% cotton t-shirts—and a wide variety of patches, including initials, cartoon characters, and quirky icons.
Your guests stop by the booth, choose their product, and pick their patches. Our staff then uses our industrial heat-press equipment to secure everything right there. It turns the gifting process into a creative activity that keeps children engaged and gives adults a fun way to interact at weddings or office events.
Practical Details for Your Event
We currently offer these services across Delhi and Gurgaon. To ensure everything runs smoothly, our setup takes about 30 to 45 minutes before your event starts, and we remain operational for the standard duration of 3 to 4 hours.
We provide all the necessary staff to manage the booth, so you do not have to worry about assembly or safety. Whether it is a kids' birthday party, a baby shower, or a fun corporate mixer, this setup ensures that every guest leaves with something unique. Since each item is made to order, please reach out at least 15 days in advance so we can stock the specific patches and inventory that match your event theme.
