The entrance canopy of the renovated guesthouse was designed to be both grand and inviting. The warm, recessed lighting and strong structural pillars create a powerful statement of arrival for guests.
This suite's living area combines comfort and style with plush green sofas, elegant grey wall paneling, and marble-finish flooring. The layout includes a dedicated work desk, making the space versatile for both relaxation and productivity.
We designed this open-concept suite to feel spacious and airy. The high ceilings and cohesive design connect the living area to a compact dining space, creating a functional and unified interior for guests.
This guest bedroom is designed with warm tones, featuring a custom wood and terracotta-colored headboard. The room opens onto a private balcony, offering guests a personal space to enjoy the outdoor scenery.
This twin-sharing room is perfect for accommodating multiple guests without sacrificing style. The design uses a neutral color palette, clean-lined wooden furniture, and coordinated artwork to create a restful and organized environment.
This is a full view of one of the master suites, showcasing the integrated custom furniture. The wardrobe, TV console, and desk are all crafted from the same light wood, creating a cohesive and sophisticated look that maximizes space.
In this hospitality project, we used elegant damask wallpaper and strategic backlighting to create a luxurious feel. A unique feature is the glass partition for the bathroom, which adds a modern touch and makes the room feel more open.
We ensure every part of a space is usable, including the balcony. This cozy outdoor nook, accessible from the bedroom, is furnished for relaxation and offers a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor living experience.

For the JNPT guesthouse project, we completely reimagined a dilapidated structure into a modern, functional facility. We focused on high-traffic, durable materials like natural veneers and vitrified slabs, paired with integrated room automation to bridge the gap between institutional utility and guest comfort.
Our Approach to Hospitality Design
Renovating hospitality spaces is different from residential or commercial design. You need a layout that stands up to heavy usage while ensuring every guest feels like they are walking into a personal sanctuary. We don't believe in sterile hotel rooms. Instead, we aim for a blend of clean lines, warm tones, and that crucial indoor-outdoor connection.
The Turnkey Difference
We handle the entire renovation process, from the initial civil work to the final styling. When we took on the JNPT project in Navi Mumbai, we dealt with everything from structural upgrades to custom cabinetry, lighting, and automation. Our goal was to create a space that felt high-end but remained easy to maintain, which is why we leaned into:

- Durable Finishes: Selecting marble and premium laminates that age well.
