The Story Behind Becky’s Bow Wow House
This space wasn't born out of a business plan. It started with my Beagle, Becky—my munni, my soul. When she left, I built this sanctuary to keep her love alive by giving every dog the happy, safe, and playful life she deserved.
This is my Becky, my soul, the inspiration for everything I do. She was a warrior, and I was so lucky she chose me. Every party I host and every dog I care for is a tribute to her beautiful spirit. I love you, my munni.
About Our Story: For the Love of Becky
Everything I do here—from the safe, turf-covered play areas to the custom birthday parties—is an extension of the love I had for my girl. I know how much worry goes into leaving your pet, which is why I personally oversee the playgroups and ensure every dog gets individual attention, just as I would have wanted for Becky. My goal is to make sure your dog feels like they are at a vacation home, not a boarding facility, while you are away.
When you walk into Becky’s Bow Wow House in Banashankari or Sarjapur Road, you aren't walking into a kennel. You are walking into a space designed to mimic the joyful, sunny days my beagle Becky and I shared.
Why I Built This
After Becky passed, I realized that many pet parents in Bengaluru were struggling to find a space where their dogs could truly be themselves. Most places felt clinical or locked away. I wanted the opposite. I wanted open spaces, sunshine, and a place where dogs could just be dogs.
Our Approach to Pet Care
- Safe Socialization: Whether it is a small Shih Tzu or a large Mastiff, I make sure the playgroups are balanced. I don't believe in packing dogs into cages. They are here to run, swim, and sniff to their heart's content.
- Health and Happiness: I firmly believe in a healthy lifestyle for our furry guests. We focus on hydration, homemade-style treats, and plenty of supervised movement.
- Community Responsibility: A big part of our daily rhythm is feeding our community dogs. It is something Becky taught me, and it is a commitment we keep every single day.
Whether you are looking for a weekend of dog boarding, a safe space for dog daycare, or a spot to celebrate your dog's birthday with a custom cake and splash time, you are trusting me with your family. I take that responsibility seriously. When your dog is here, they are one of ours.
