Grand Champagne Tower Setup
The Structure
- Glassware: Rental and setup of 55 to 91 crystal coupe glasses arranged in a precise 5 or 6-tier pyramid.
- Stability: Includes a dedicated round table with spill-proof linen taping and a drip-catchment system to protect the floor.
- Atmosphere: LED base lighting and dry ice buckets included to create a cloud effect at the base of the tower.
Execution
- The Pour: Guided assistance for the hosts to pour the lead bottles to ensure an even cascade.
- Logistics: Covers transport, labor, and glass breakage risk (excluding guest negligence).
- Cleanup: Immediate dismantling post-toast to clear the floor area.
Client Requirement
- Stock: Client to provide minimum 6-8 bottles of Sparkling Wine/Champagne for the initial pour.
The Flavour Blaster Station
Visual Technology
- The Gear: Usage of Flavour Blaster guns to create surface-tension edible bubbles filled with aromatic vapor.
- Aromatics: Selection of 3-4 distinct vapor profiles (e.g., Smoked Oak, Mixed Berry, Rosemary) to complement specific spirits.
- Capacity: Service for 100-150 specialty smoked cocktails within a 4-hour duration.
Staffing & Aesthetics
- Specialist: 1 dedicated mixologist stationed exclusively to operate the blaster and manage bubble placement.
- Garnish: Premium dehydrated fruit wheels or edible flowers placed inside the glass for visual appeal.
- Display: Small LED-lit riser to showcase the smoke creation process.

- Add-on Service: This functions as an upgrade to the main bar; client provides base alcohol and mixers.
Theatrical Fire & Flair Performance
The Main Show (20-30 Mins)
- Flair Routine: Choreographed performance involving juggling bottles, shaker tins, and ice tossing synchronized to music.
- Fire Arts: Visual spectacle of juggling flaming bottles using safe, low-smoke fuel.
- Crowd Work: Performer acts as an emcee to build energy on the dance floor.
The Fire Shot Ritual (60 Mins)
- Flaming Shots: Preparation of layered high-proof shots lit on fire for visual impact.
- Direct Service: Signature pours directly into guests' mouths on the dance floor using professional long-spout pourers.
Safety Protocol
- Crew: Includes 1 Safety Assistant to manage the performance perimeter and handle immediate spill cleanup.
- Equipment: Rubber non-slip mats and fire safety gear included.

Our Signature Touches
- Flair bartending show is our jam - flipping bottles, spinning shakers, and basically making the bar the main stage. Your sangeet or cocktail night will have full-on energy.
- Fire shot performance takes things up a notch. We light up the bottles and shots, and yes, even pour flaming shots straight into your mouth if you’re feeling bold. It’s risky, but always safe, and gets the crowd talking.
- Champagne tower event - we set up a pyramid of glasses, and you get to pour the bubbly. Looks classy, feels grand, and is perfect for that big toast moment.
- Smoked cocktail experience is all about drama. We use a Flavour Blaster for a giant smoke bubble on your drink. Burst it - the aroma hits and your Insta stories get a solid upgrade.
Where We Show Up
We’re Mumbai-based, but we travel wherever the party goes. Done events in Pune, Udaipur, and once even in a Nubra valley tent. Weddings, house parties, yacht bashes, festive nights - you name it, we’ve probably been there.

Hey, we’re Sodawater Live. Started in Mumbai, now we’re mixing drinks everywhere from Thailand to Canada.
