I'm Binny Varghese, and I started this journey after traveling India on my bike and seeing a huge gap in real, practical coffee education. This cluster shares our origin story, introduces our team, and explains our no-nonsense approach to the coffee business.

We believe coffee knowledge shouldn't be limited by language. We developed the first Hindi-script Coffee Flavour Wheel, recognized by the Coffee Board of India, to make sensory analysis more relatable and inclusive for everyone.
