Here's a closer look at the magical underwater mermaid theme I created for a 3rd birthday. The setup included a sparkling sequin wall, a custom neon sign, and beloved character cutouts, all framed by a colorful balloon arrangement to feel like you're under the sea.

Hala Madrid! A dream come true for a young football fan, this Real Madrid themed 10th birthday party featured the club's crest, colors, and football-themed balloons. The large light-up '10' made the birthday boy feel like a true champion.
Accio party! I brought the magic of Hogwarts to this Harry Potter themed 11th birthday. The balloon arrangement used the colors of the Hogwarts houses, complete with a Harry Potter balloon figure and silver foil number '11' balloons.

About Kids' Character & Themed Parties
When I set up a themed party, I don't just use standard decorations; I coordinate the 6x8ft backdrop, character cutouts, and balloon colors to match the specific world your child loves, whether it is a cartoon, a superhero, or a jungle theme. I include the child’s name and age on the display so the entire setup feels like a personal celebration rather than a cookie-cutter package.
How I Build Your Theme
Every themed party setup is a collaboration. When you pick a theme, I bring the necessary elements to transform the space: a high-resolution printed flex backdrop, character cutouts (2-3ft height), and marquee LED numbers to mark the age. The balloon arch is where I tie it all together, using a mix of matte and chrome balloons in your chosen color palette.
What Is Included
I prefer to keep the booking process transparent. Most themed packages include:
- Custom Backdrop: A 6ft round or 6x8ft rectangular flex display with personalized graphics.
- Character Props: 3 to 4 sunboard cutouts to bring the theme to life.
- Balloon Arches: Organic style garland bordering the backdrop.
- Lighting & Display: LED marquee numbers, cylinder cake pedestals, and PAR can lights to make the setup pop for photos.
Planning Your Party
I work in living rooms, banquet halls, and housing society clubhouses across Mumbai. Since these setups are custom, I recommend confirming your theme at least a few days in advance so I can ensure all specific character cutouts are prepped. Whether you are hosting a small birthday in Chembur or a larger celebration in Navi Mumbai, I handle the setup and takedown, letting you focus on the event itself.
