This method protects the fabric and the pleats, whether you are storing it at home or traveling for a destination wedding.

A classic red bridal Banarasi saree, pre-pleated and box-folded for a bride. I take special care with heavy bridal sarees to ensure the pleats are secure and the rich fabric is handled correctly, so the bride feels confident on her big day.

For clients who prefer to store their sarees hanging, I offer the hanger folding option. Here you can see three different bridal sarees, all pre-pleated with fluffy pleats and set on hangers. They are ready to be taken out of the closet and draped in minutes.

My Story

Hey, I'm Nimmi, the Saree Drapist. Saree draping isn't just a job for me - it's pure joy. I love getting every pleat just right, whether it's for a bride, a biker in Banarasi, or a mom-to-be at her Bheegara Oota (post-wedding feast). Teaching is close to my heart too. Seeing someone nail Madisar saree draping after my workshop, that's a proud moment. I just want every woman to feel beautiful and rooted.
