About The Wedding Ceremony
During the ceremony, we focus on being unobtrusive. You won't find us staging moments; instead, we prioritize documenting the rituals and the unscripted reactions of your families. Whether it is a South Indian wedding where timing is tight or a multi-day Punjabi celebration, our team uses professional Sony Alpha cameras to capture every detail without needing heavy lighting that distracts from the sanctity of the occasion.
Whether it is the exchange of garlands during a South Indian ceremony or the lively rituals of a Punjabi wedding, every tradition holds deep significance. Our approach is to blend into the background so you can remain present with your partner. We do not believe in interrupting the flow of rituals to get a perfect shot. Instead, we anticipate the key moments, like the mangalsutra tying or the saat phere, and position ourselves to get the best angle naturally.
We tailor our crew size based on your specific requirements. For smaller, intimate weddings, a lean team of two professionals can cover the ceremony discreetly. For larger, multi-day celebrations, we deploy a team of up to six, including a mix of candid photographers, traditional shooters, and videographers. This ensures that while one person is filming the family reactions, another is capturing the close-up details of the altar.
We use low-light optimized equipment, which allows us to maintain the mood of evening or indoor ceremonies without resorting to harsh, distracting flashes that ruin the atmosphere. We are based in Bangalore and Hyderabad but travel frequently for destination weddings across India and international locations like Germany. If you have specific cultural rituals or family traditions you want us to watch out for, just let us know during our initial conversation. We aim to document the full story of your union, from the first step you take towards the altar to the final moments of the ceremony.
