In-Person Choreography: Single Act
Rehearsals & Execution
- Sessions: 4 to 5 in-person practice sessions conducted at the client's residence or booked venue.
- Duration: Each session lasts 60 to 90 minutes.
- Team: Includes 1 Lead Choreographer and 1 Assistant to manage partner lifts and formations.
- Performance: Choreography designed for a track length of 2.0 to 3.0 minutes.
Creative & Technical
- Audio Mixing: Professional editing including tempo adjustments and song transitions.
- Practice Aid: A recorded reference video of the choreographers performing the steps is provided for home practice.
- Group Coordination: Includes formation planning for group acts like bridesmaids or groomsmen.

Performance Scope
- Coverage: Choreography for up to 12 performances, including Solos, Couple Dance, Parents' Act, Squad Dances, and Grand Finale.
- Manpower: Dedicated team of 2 to 3 choreographers deployed to the client's location.
- Duration: Service covers 7 to 10 days of rehearsals leading up to the event.
Event Support & Production
- Show Flow: Creation of a Master Audio Mix (20 to 40 minutes total) with transitions and necessary scripting.
- On-Day Management: A team member present at the venue to coordinate with the DJ console and manage backstage line-ups.
- Visuals & Props: Guidance on LED background visuals to match song moods and a consultation list for required props.
Remote Choreography: Per Song
Digital Deliverables
- Custom Tutorial: Professionally recorded video choreography for one selected song (2 to 2.5 minutes).
- Learning Format: Videos include a slow 'counts' section for learning steps and a mirrored format so users can copy movements directly.
- Audio: Includes basic cutting and splicing of the song to the desired length.
Support
- Feedback: One scheduled 30-minute video call to review progress and correct posture.
- Final File: Delivery of the final MP3 mix used for the performance.
