My Favorite Event Setups & Party Decorations
I put my heart into every setup. Here are some of my favorite party transformations, from Boss Baby birthdays to heartfelt home welcome ceremonies.
I put my heart into creating big, memorable stages like this one for Yuvaan's first birthday. This Boss Baby theme included large marquee letters with his name, a custom backdrop filled with family photos, and a huge balloon arrangement to make the celebration feel grand and personal.
For little Pravya's welcome ceremony, we created a magical Cinderella world. The main stage featured her name in lights, a beautiful balloon ring for photos, and soft pastel colors to make it feel like a real fairytale. I love making these dream themes come to life.
There is no better feeling than welcoming a new baby home. This video shows how I can transform your entire house, from creating beautiful flower petal rangoli at the entrance to filling the living room and bedroom with balloons, to make the homecoming feel like a true festival.
I believe the magic should start right at the entrance. For this princess-themed party, I created a long tunnel of balloon arches with characters like Cinderella and Rapunzel guiding the guests inside. It makes everyone, kids and adults, feel like they are entering a different world.
This video gives you a feel for how I can fill a large banquet hall with energy. For Aviraj's Boss Baby party, we used balloon pillars, ceiling decorations, and a lit-up stage to make the whole space feel alive and ready for a big celebration.
Even a party at home can have a grand entrance. For Manvit's first birthday, I created this Boss Baby themed welcome arch right at the front door, complete with character cutouts and a personalized banner. It sets a fun and exciting mood from the moment guests arrive.
I always find ways to include what's important to your family. For this celebration, we created a special corner that blended a traditional Ganesha idol for blessings with the modern Boss Baby theme, complete with a screen showing pictures of the baby boy.
About Featured
When I plan a themed setup like Boss Baby or a princess party, I focus on the little things that change the vibe. I use marquee lights with the name of the birthday boy or girl, which instantly grabs attention. I also match my balloon clusters to the exact character colors instead of just using standard packets, so the entrance feels like a real movie set when guests walk in.
Every event I take on, whether it is a small home welcome for a newborn or a grand hall party for a first birthday, gets my full attention. I treat your family celebration with the same seriousness I would for my own parents, which is why I prefer using fresh petals for floor rangolis and custom-printed backdrops rather than basic decorations.
My team and I are based in Sector 24, Rohini, but we travel across Delhi NCR to set up your party. I handle the logistics, so you do not have to worry about the marquee lights, the balloon arches, or the character cutouts. I will be on-site to ensure everything is perfect.
If you have a specific theme in mind—like the popular Boss Baby, Cinderella, or even a traditional festive setup—let me know. I can adjust my balloon art, floral designs, and lighting to fit your venue size and your budget. I believe in being upfront about what works best for your space, so I will always tell you honestly if a certain design needs more space or a different setup to look great.
