Basic Ring & Balloon Setup
Structure & Balloons
- Frame: A standard 6ft x 6ft metallic circular ring (rental) OR a wall-mounted semi-arch garland.
- Balloon Count: Approximately 150 to 200 air-filled latex balloons.
- Colors: Mix of pastel, metallic, or matte balloons with minimal chrome accents (10-15%).
- Style: Organic garland styling wrapped partially around the ring.
Decor Details
- Signage: Cardstock or paper bunting (e.g., "Baby Shower," "Welcome Baby"). Note: LED Neon signs are not included in this tier.
- Props: Artificial tropical leaves or fern sticks integrated into the balloon clusters.
- Floor: 15-20 loose balloons scattered at the base.

- Staff: 1 Decorator.

Entrance Styling
- Door Drape: Soft tulle/net fabric (Pink, Blue, or White) styled on the main door with a large satin ribbon bow.
- Cutouts: Themed paper cutouts (Baby feet, Feeders, Storks) attached to the door.
- Pathway: Fresh rose petals (approx 1.5kg - 2kg) arranged in a design or scattered path leading to the living area.
Living Room Setup
- Wall Text: "WELCOME BABY" or "WELCOME HOME" spelled out in 16-inch foil balloons taped to the main wall.
- Ceiling Decor: 40-60 air-filled latex balloons attached to the ceiling using removable glue dots with hanging ribbons.
- Foil Accents: 2-3 large themed foil balloons (Baby shape, Bottle, or Moon/Stars) placed near the seating area.
