Here is a look at a complete Christmas transformation I did for a corporate office. I decorated the main floor with balloon pillars, festive decals, and ceiling decorations over the cubicles to bring the holiday spirit to the entire workspace.
This 'Winter Wonderland' setup was for a special first birthday party. I used a cool palette of blue, white, and silver balloons, along with custom props like a snowman, marquee letters for the name, and a glowing number one to create a magical atmosphere.
For this outdoor Christmas event, I brought in a life-size Santa Claus figure with a saxophone, surrounded by gift box props and a festive balloon arrangement. Large props like this create a fantastic photo opportunity for guests.
I created this classic Christmas photo booth with a shimmering silver foil curtain and a red and green balloon frame. It includes fun elements like a candy cane balloon and a 'Merry Christmas' banner for memorable party pictures.

If you are planning an office or home event, please keep our setup time in mind. Most of our installations take between 90 and 120 minutes to complete. We recommend planning to have us arrive at least two hours before your guests to ensure we have the balloon arches, shimmer walls, and props positioned perfectly without rushing the process.

- Themed Birthdays: For kids' parties, we focus on immersion. We use 8x8ft backdrops, marquee lights, and character props to create a dedicated photo zone. We avoid helium for ceiling balloons, opting instead for double-sided tape methods that last longer for the duration of your party.
Logistics and Care
- Rental Items: Props like marquee letters, life-size figures, and metal stands are rented to you for 24 hours. We will collect these after your event.
- Balloon Care: While we use premium metallic and chrome balloons for a high-shine finish, please note that balloons are a disposable element of your decor. The teardown of balloons is the client's responsibility, while we handle the removal of our rental frames and structures.
