This is what it's all about! That first taste of birthday cake is always the sweetest moment. I love capturing the pure joy and adorable mess of a cakesmash, and this ducky theme is one of my most requested setups for a fun, splashy celebration.
Look at this little chef! My heart just melts. The baby chef theme is so much fun, especially when they get their hands messy with flour and start giggling. It’s these playful, personality-filled shots that you’ll treasure forever.
Up, up, and away! The hot air balloon theme creates such a dreamy and magical atmosphere. This little pilot’s happy smile makes my day. These imaginative setups are perfect for capturing your baby's one-year milestone.
Ready, set, go! For the little one who's always on the move, my race car theme is a total winner. The checkered flags, pit stop signs, and cool cars make for such an energetic and fun first birthday photoshoot.
My little Kanha! I feel so much joy creating these special Janmashtami setups. Dressing up your baby as Kanha or Radha is a beautiful way to celebrate the festival and create timeless memories. His happy expression is just everything.
So much sweetness in one photo. This boho-chic teepee setup, surrounded by flowers, is perfect for a 'Wild One' or fairy garden theme. I love capturing these calm, classic portraits before the cake smash begins.
Isn't she just a doll? This is a perfect example of the classic portrait part of my session. In a beautiful dress against a soft, floral backdrop, her personality shines through. These are the timeless photos that capture just how little they are at one.
King of all the wild things and the cake! This 'Wild One' cakesmash is so charming. The rustic woodland theme combined with the simple, yummy cake creates such a heartwarming scene for a first birthday celebration.
About Featured
Every first birthday session at my Powai studio is designed to move at your baby's pace. I usually start with classic portraits in a themed outfit before we move to the messy cakesmash finale, so we get beautiful, clean photos before the cake makes everything else wonderfully chaotic.
Making the First Birthday Special
Turning one is a huge milestone. At my Powai studio, my goal is to create a stress-free environment where your baby feels comfortable and happy. I believe photos should be authentic, capturing the giggles, the tiny toes, and the curious expressions that make this age so unique.
How the Session Works
We keep things relaxed to let your baby’s personality shine. Every session generally flows through two parts:
- Classic Portraits: We begin with clean, timeless photos in a themed setup. This is where we capture those calm, sweet smiles.
- The Cakesmash Finale: This is the fun part. Whether your baby is a 'Little Chef' in a kitchen setup, a 'Wild One' in a woodland theme, or splashing in a ducky bath, we set the stage for total fun. Yes, it gets messy, but that is the best part.
What is Provided
I handle the details so you can focus on enjoying the moment with your little one:
- Outfits: I provide age-appropriate, steam-cleaned outfits for every theme.
- The Cake: I arrange a 0.5kg eggless cream cake, so you do not need to worry about bringing one.
- Props & Decor: From race car tracks and hot air balloons to floral teepees, I have a wide inventory of props to bring your vision to life.
Whether you choose an essential solo baby session or a standard dual session that includes family portraits with parents and siblings, I work with your baby's mood. If they need a break or are feeling shy, we take the time they need. The priority is creating happy memories, not following a rigid clock.
