About Mastering the Strokes: Skill Drills

The secret to a faster smash isn't just raw power, it's the rhythm of your multi-shuttle sessions. In these drills, we feed 20 to 30 shuttles in one set, forcing your body to react without thinking. It is not about hitting one perfect shot; it is about hitting fifty consistent ones until your footwork and swing become second nature. If you aren't sweating through your shirt by the end of a session, you aren't pushing hard enough.
