- Advanced Performance: For competitive players, we emphasize endurance and strategy. We run heavy-duty sessions using multi-shuttle feeding to build power in your smashes and sharpen your deception skills.
- Conditioning: You cannot have a strong game without a strong body. We incorporate agility ladder work, hurdle jumps, and specific leg-day routines to ensure your speed on the court matches your racquet skills.
- Facilities: Our Noida Sector-131 hub features 8 BWF-standard courts with 52-foot ceilings. The AC hall keeps the climate controlled so you can focus entirely on the shuttle, not the heat.
