About A Haven of Nature: Our Campus & Gardens

Our campus isn't just landscaped; it is designed for physical and mental restoration. Every heritage cottage you see here was transplanted beam-by-beam from Kerala to maintain the authentic Nalukettu architecture. Because we use natural materials like red oxide flooring and terracotta tiles, these spaces stay naturally cool without the need for constant air conditioning, allowing you to breathe deeply and reconnect with the rhythms of nature during your stay.

A Living Sanctuary for Healing

At Ayurvedagram, we believe Ayurveda was never meant to unfold within sterile hospital walls. Our 13-acre campus in Whitefield is an ecosystem dedicated to your wellness. When you walk our paths, you are not just seeing a garden; you are walking among over 300 species of medicinal herbs, sacred Peepal, and ancient Neem trees that we nurture to support your healing journey.

Living History

The structures you see here are more than buildings—they are historical treasures. We searched for and relocated 18th and 19th-century ancestral homes like the Aranmula Palace, reconstructing them here with traditional techniques. Staying in these cottages means living inside history. The wood creaks with stories, and the open courtyards allow for natural ventilation and light, creating a transition from the chaotic city pace to a state of meditative calm.

Nature as Therapy

The lotus pond and the surrounding greenery are integral to our treatment protocols. Whether you are coming for a Panchakarma detox or simple rejuvenation, the environment plays a key role in your recovery. We encourage our guests to spend time by the pond, observe the local flora, and practice morning yoga under the shade of our heritage trees. This isn't a quick getaway; it's a place to reset your internal rhythm by aligning your body with the natural world. If you are looking to disconnect from the digital noise and reconnect with yourself, this is where that journey begins.
