From Concept to Creation: Design & Planning

Every great piece of furniture begins with a precise plan. We teach students to translate ideas into detailed engineering drawings and digital 3D models using CAD software, ensuring accuracy before the first cut is ever made.

Mastering the Craft: Hand Tool Proficiency

We believe true craftsmanship is in the hands. Our curriculum provides in-depth training on traditional hand tools like saws, planes, and chisels for tasks requiring precision and a personal touch that machines cannot replicate.

Hands-On with Heavy Machinery

Students gain extensive, supervised experience on a full range of industrial woodworking machines. This includes everything from panel saws and planers for initial processing to specialized equipment like mortising and boring machines.

Precision Engineering: CNC & Digital Fabrication

We bridge traditional skills with modern technology through our comprehensive CNC woodworking module. Students learn to program and operate advanced CNC machinery for both 2D panel processing and complex 3D projects.

The Art of Joinery & Assembly

We focus on building furniture that lasts, emphasizing strong joinery techniques without relying on screws. Students master classic methods like mortise and tenon, as well as modern modular connectors like dowels and mini-fix fittings for efficient assembly.

Student Showcase: Finished Projects

The culmination of our students' learning is showcased in their final projects. This gallery features a diverse range of functional and creative furniture, from solid wood benches and chairs to modular cabinets and decorative items.

Industry Ready: Factory Visits & Placements

A key component of our diploma is a 6-month industrial attachment, providing real-world factory floor experience. We facilitate factory visits to our partner companies, exposing students to large-scale production environments and modern workflows.

Our State-of-the-Art Workshop

Our workshop is a fully equipped, professional-grade facility designed for comprehensive learning. It houses a wide array of state-of-the-art machinery, from traditional hand tools to advanced CNC routers, providing an ideal environment to master woodworking.
