Celebrating Milestones: Awards and Recognition

This award is a major milestone for our community. Receiving the Women Achiever Award of 2024 was a beautiful moment because it recognized the work we do to create safe, inclusive spaces for women in Delhi NCR. It's truly zabardast to see our mission of promoting Indian authors and fostering real-life connections get this kind of spotlight, reminding us that every story shared and every book discussed makes a real difference.

Awards are nice, but what matters is the impact. When we were honoured at the Women Achiever Awards 2024, the highlight wasn't just the stage or the applause; it was being in a room filled with women who are doing their bit to make society better. The event, organised by Asset Events, gave us a chance to connect with leaders like Ms. Rashmi Singh, an IAS officer who truly embodies the kind of grace we strive for in our own circle.

For us, this recognition is proof that people still crave meaningful connection. Aaj ke zamane mein (in today's times), when people think community building is dying out, we are proving that a group of women, some books, and a cup of chai can create something permanent. We have built a space where you can be yourself, voice your opinions, and find your apni (own) tribe. This award belongs to every single member who has shown up, shared their stories in our 'Human Library,' and made this community what it is today. We are just adding honest drops to the ocean, one book at a time.
