From Teej and Karva Chauth to Rakhi and family gatherings, I create traditional henna designs that bring out the festive spirit. Let's make your celebration memorable with classic art.

A special design for Teej or Sawan, featuring a woman on a swing on one palm and a peacock on the other. The forearm bands have swan and lotus motifs, completing the festive theme.

This Karva Chauth special design shows a woman looking at the moon through a sieve (chalni). It's a very popular and traditional design that tells the story of the festival.

An elegant arm band design featuring a royal elephant, jhumka motifs, and delicate check patterns. This is a great choice for non-bridal festive wear.

This design is perfect for a royal or palace-themed wedding. It features two peacocks in a 'jharokha' or window, with intricate architecture above.

A fun and festive design with Warli art style figures dancing in a circle. This is a unique take on traditional folk art, perfect for a sangeet or cultural event.

This design combines the sacredness of a kalash with the beauty of a lotus. The use of negative space makes the motifs stand out, perfect for any puja or auspicious occasion.

A full forearm design featuring a 'kalash' with a coconut and mango leaves, set within an arch. The top of the design has a beautiful palace dome or temple shikhar motif.

This full arm mehandi is packed with traditional elements. You can see temple bells (ghanti), floral patterns, and geometric checks, creating a rich and dense design.

Creating a beautiful lotus inside a heart-shaped frame, with hanging temple bells below. This kind of detailed work is my specialty and perfect for bridal arms.

Adding a Ganesha motif to your mehandi is considered very auspicious for new beginnings. Here, I am creating a detailed Ganesha figure as part of a larger arm piece.

About Traditional Festive Mehandi

My festive mehandi work is all about getting that perfect, deep maroon colour. I use 100% natural henna mixed with essential oils and finish every session with a traditional lemon-sugar sealant spray. Whether you want classic peacocks or a detailed kalash motif, I ensure the henna paste is fresh and the detailing is clean for your celebration.

Celebrating Tradition with Henna

Festivals are about moments, and my traditional mehndi designs are crafted to complement the festive vibe. I specialize in classic Indian motifs that tell a story:

  • Classic Elements: Think peacocks, elephants, jharokhas, temple bells, and the auspicious kalash. These designs are rooted in tradition and look fantastic for cultural events.
  • Festive Customization: For Karva Chauth, I often include specific designs like the moon and chalni. For Teej, swing motifs are a favourite. If you have a specific festival idea, just tell me, and I will draw it on your palms.

Why My Process Works

I understand that during festivals like Rakhi or Diwali, time is precious. My team and I are experienced in managing the flow of guests at events without compromising on the quality of the art.

  • For Individuals: If you want a detailed arm design for a puja or family function, I take the time to ensure the shading and fine lines are perfect.
  • For Groups: If you are hosting a large party, we use efficient, rhythmic techniques to cover many guests quickly, so no one is stuck waiting for hours.

I believe in giving you a design that you are proud to show off. My goal is for you to walk away happy with the intricate details, and a few days later, even happier with the dark stain.
