This design shows the beauty of a dark henna stain. The combination of bold, filled-in patterns and delicate net (jaali) work creates a stunning 3D effect.

A complete bridal mehandi look, with full coverage on both hands and forearms. The design uses a mix of floral, paisley, and geometric patterns for a classic bridal style.

The stained result of a heavy mandala design. The dark maroon color shows the quality of my natural henna paste. Notice how the central mandala is surrounded by delicate floral work.

A full view of a gorgeous bridal mehandi design, held up against a natural green background. The design features peacocks, lotuses, and intricate bands all the way up the arm.

This is the final look of the design from the video where I was applying it. You can see the mix of floral bands, checks, and a beautiful lotus motif on the wrist.

A beautiful example of asymmetrical mehandi, where each hand has a different but complementary design. One hand has a floral net, while the other has a more traditional pattern.

I love playing with different patterns. This design features multiple bands with varying motifs, from geometric shapes to floral vines, creating a very rich and diverse look.

The final reveal of a heavy, intricate bridal mehandi. The design is dense with details, including check patterns, floral motifs, and delicate work on the fingers.

A classic full-hand design with perfect symmetry. Both hands mirror each other with patterns of checks, flowers, and paisleys, creating a balanced and traditional look.

This design shows a beautiful mix of bold and fine work. The darker, filled areas contrast with the delicate lines, making the whole design stand out.

About Intricate Full-Hand Designs

For these full-hand designs, I focus on building depth through 3D shading. The trick is to balance the dense floral jaali with negative space so the design does not look cluttered, and I always finish with a traditional lemon-sugar sealant for that deep maroon stain.
