In our recent work in Suncity, we integrated fluted paneling and custom leather art walls, ensuring the room feels bespoke. We favor bold, modern accents—such as brushed brass or PVD metal finishes—to add layers of sophistication without cluttering the aesthetic.

Lighting as Architecture

Lighting is not an accessory in our dining rooms; it is a structural component. We often collaborate with design studios to source statement chandeliers that act as art installations. By carefully calculating lumens and beam angles, we ensure the table is perfectly illuminated for dinner while maintaining a soft, ambient glow for the rest of the space.
