About Guruji Satsang Setups
My satsang setup is built for a traditional look, using an 8x8ft backdrop with pink and white satin drapes to create a dedicated, respectful space. I bring the floral headers, the aasan seating area with an embroidered shawl, and fresh red rose petals for the floor. You just need to have the space ready in your living room, and I will handle the rest of the arrangement.
When organizing a Guruji satsang, the environment should feel calm and focused. I keep my setups simple and reliable, ensuring they match the traditional requirements of the prayer session without adding unnecessary complexity.
What is included in the setup:
- Backdrop: I use an 8x8ft or 10x8ft stand with double-layered satin draping, usually in pink and white, to frame the area.
- Floral Header: I arrange a mix of artificial greenery and fresh seasonal flowers like roses or gladiolus to top the backdrop.
- The Aasan: I drape your seating area with a yellow or red shawl, often featuring 'Ek Onkar' embroidery, and add cushions to make it look complete.
- Floor Details: To ground the setup, I lay down a white Chandni sheet and scatter roughly 2kg of fresh red rose petals. I also place metallic lanterns with LEDs to provide soft lighting around the main seat.
I include all the labor, ladders, and fixing materials in the cost. I have been doing this work in Gurgaon since 1998, so I understand the local expectations for these events. I am not here for show; I just provide the decoration you need to make your home feel ready for the satsang.
