When you are looking at these larger backdrop setups, like the 6ft circular metal rings, keep in mind that they usually require a clear floor space of at least 8x8 feet to look right. If you have a smaller room or a tight cafe corner, let me know the dimensions when you message me so I can adjust the arch size or propose a design that fits the space perfectly.
My Approach to Decor
Decoration is not just about blowing up balloons for me. It is about setting the mood for your event. Whether you want a romantic vibe for an anniversary or a high-energy look for a birthday, I focus on the details that make a space feel complete.
The Setup Process
Most of my work revolves around three main elements:
- Structures: I use 6ft circular metal rings or organic balloon garlands to create a clean focal point. These are great for photos and really define the stage area.
- Neon & Lighting: Adding a neon 'Happy Birthday' or 'Anniversary' sign changes the look instantly. It adds that modern glow that works perfectly in the evening.
- The Details: I use high-shine chrome and matte pastel balloons in a mix of sizes to get that organic, layered look. If we are doing a grand setup, I can also include cold pyro sparklers for that dramatic cake-cutting moment.
