India's Diverse Landscapes: Aerial Stories Captured from Above

My drone is my companion in exploring the hidden beauty of our country. From the unexpected lush green hills of monsoon Rajasthan to the high-altitude deserts of Ladakh, I capture the soul of the land in every flight.

This is Rajasthan during the monsoon, a sight many people don't expect. I captured the lush green hills and valleys, showing a completely different, vibrant side to the desert state.

Exploring the hidden green landscapes of Rajasthan. This footage includes me launching the drone, the winding roads that snake through the hills, and the cattle grazing peacefully.

Flying over the apricot valleys of Ladakh. This video shows both me with my drone and the breathtaking aerial footage it captured of the landscape covered in spring blossoms.

One of my favorite parts of this work is sharing the view. Here, I am showing local kids in a Ladakhi village the "jannat" or heaven we are seeing on the drone's screen, right before revealing the full blossom-filled valley.

A montage of my travels across Timeless India. This reel includes aerial shots of the Himalayas, the Kedarnath temple, a monastery in Ladakh, and a powerful Shiva statue by the sea.

This is a glimpse into my life as a drone storyteller. It starts with me and my gear and then takes you on a journey, from winding mountain roads in Spiti to the massive crowds of a festival.

About India's Diverse Landscapes

While I rely on my DJI Air 3S for those smooth, cinematic shots, the tech is just the start. The real work happens in navigating the unpredictable—like high-altitude winds in Spiti or catching the exact second of golden hour over a temple—to make sure the footage feels raw and alive rather than just a pretty picture.

Beyond the Surface

I don't just fly to get a high angle. Whether I am shooting the apricot valleys of Ladakh in the spring or the monsoon-drenched hills of Rajasthan, my focus is on the story within the terrain. Every location has a 'jannat' (heaven) hidden in it; my job is to find the right perspective to reveal it.

My Approach to Aerial Storytelling

My process is rooted in patience and timing. Planning is important, but often, the best shots come from that socha kuch, mila kuch, hua kuch (thought of something, got something else) moment. I work with 10-bit D-Log M footage for commercial projects, which gives us the flexibility to grade the colours to match the specific mood of your story—whether it needs to be moody and warm or bright and energetic.

What to Expect on Location

  • Technical Precision: I use professional drone gear capable of handling challenging terrains, from water bodies to dense crowds.
  • The Crew: For larger expeditions, I work with a dedicated spotter to ensure safety and to frame the perfect shot while I focus on flying.
  • Flexibility: Whether we are shooting a 30-second social media teaser or a long-form cinematic sequence, my workflow is designed to give you usable, high-quality raw data that looks professional right out of the edit.

If you have a location in mind that needs a new perspective, let's talk about the logistics. I travel across India, chasing light and landscapes wherever they lead.
