When you rise above the ground, the world reveals patterns you miss from below. I use my drone to turn landscapes into cinematic stories, finding the rhythm in the chaos of India's rivers, monuments, and mountain peaks.

Jai Hind! An Independence Day tribute video created entirely with drone footage. It soars over the Taj Mahal, Mumbai's skyline, and the Himalayas, creating a visual representation of the Indian flag.

A top-down drone shot of a hidden beach in Goa, where a turquoise river meets the sea. This perspective reveals the stunning colors and natural composition of the coastline.

An aerial view of the Taj Mahal at sunrise, captured with my drone. This shot emphasizes the monument's perfect symmetry and its serene location on the banks of the Yamuna.

This drone shot of the Taj Mahal captures the brilliant golden light of the rising sun. The reflection in the river and the vast landscape give it an epic, painterly quality.

Flying my drone over Rishikesh at golden hour. This video reveals the out-of-this-world view of the Ganga river winding its way through the city, a perspective you can only get from the air.

A perfect top-down drone shot of Laxman Jhula in Rishikesh. This symmetrical photo shows the bridge spanning the turquoise Ganga, connecting the two sides of the bustling town.

An epic drone shot of Rishikesh at sunset. The entire valley is bathed in a warm, golden light, with the Ganga river flowing like a ribbon of life through the landscape.

Guess the city? This epic drone shot reveals the 'City of Lakes', Udaipur, with its green hills and interconnected lakes, captured during a beautiful sunset.

A slightly different crop of my iconic Taj Mahal drone shot. This version emphasizes the warm, golden tones of the sunset and the peacefulness of the scene.

A stunning drone photograph of Bahubali Hills in Udaipur. This aerial view captures a person standing on the cliff's edge, providing a sense of scale against the vast, beautiful lake.

About From My Perspective: Drone & Aerial Shots

I don't fly the DJI Mini 3 Pro just to get height; I fly to find the hidden balance in a landscape. Whether it's the exact moment the light hits the Ganga in Rishikesh or framing the perfect symmetry of the Taj Mahal from a safe, legal distance, I look for a painterly quality. It is about catching that fraction of a second where the earth looks like a living, breathing movie set.

Beyond the Bird's Eye View

Aerial photography is not just about the altitude. It is about understanding how geography shapes the story. When I am shooting with my drone, I am usually chasing the Golden Hour. That is when the shadows are long, the colors are rich, and the landscape has a soul.

My Aerial Approach

  • Technical Mastery: I shoot primarily with the DJI Mini 3 Pro, utilizing the S-Log3 profile. This allows for high dynamic range, giving me the flexibility to grade the footage with my signature warm, moody tones. It is about getting the raw data right so the final edit feels like a memory, not a digital file.
  • Cinematic Pacing: I don't just hover. I use slow, sweeping movements—what I call 'cinematic floats'—to reveal the grandeur of a location like the Bahubali Hills in Udaipur or the hidden beaches of Goa.
  • The 'Golden Hour' Obsession: If the light isn't right, the shot isn't right. I plan my aerial shoots around the sun's position. This patience is what separates a snapshot from a story.

Safety and Ethics

I treat every location with respect. You might see me shooting iconic landmarks like the Taj Mahal, but I strictly adhere to all no-fly zone regulations. I capture these shots from a distance and use optics and cropping techniques to ensure the final result is stunning without crossing any lines. When you work with me, you are getting visuals that are not just beautiful, but ethically captured.

I’m Bean Singh, and I’ve never been a classroom guy. My education happened on the ghats of Varanasi and the peaks of Spiti, with a camera in my hand. I chase the light, not the trends, and when I'm behind the drone controller, I’m just trying to capture that tiny, breathtaking feeling of being alive in a vast world.
