About Documentary & Travel Storytelling
Why I Do This
My camera and my drone are my way of searching for stories, not just pretty scenes. Zindagi road pe perfect nahi hoti, boss. Sometimes you plan, and kuch aur hi ho jaata hai (something else happens). But yahi toh mazaa hai (that’s the fun) - every detour, every surprise, that’s where real stories are found.
How I Tell Stories
For me, documentary & travel storytelling is about catching the real heartbeat of a place, not just a postcard moment. I mix:
- Still photography for those single, raw frames that say it all
- Video clips to create immersive travel video diaries, like moving postcards you can feel
- Drone filmmaking in India and beyond for that “wow, I’ve never seen it like this!” angle
Where My Stories Come From
Delhi is home, but my canvas is all of India (and beyond). Some places I keep returning to:
- Varanasi’s river rituals and Sadhus, especially during Dev Deepawali
- Ladakh, Spiti, and the Brokpa tribe - want to see jannat (heaven)? Bas, yahi hai (this is it)
- Jaipur’s colours, Jodhpur’s blue, Rajasthan’s palaces
- Kolkata’s Kushti and morning mist, Uttarakhand’s spiritual corners, artisan villages of Gujarat, festive Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu’s traditions
- Stories from places like Kathmandu’s temples, Egypt’s ancient wonders
What Pulls Me In
I’m all about stories of humanity, tradition, and faith. Indigenous community portraits, the chaos and energy of Indian festivals, the silent moments in busy cities - I chase it all. Yeh kaam nahi hai, yeh quest hai (this isn’t a job, it’s a quest). Through my lens, maybe you’ll see a little piece of that magic too.

My Story
Hey, I’m Moksh. Delhi’s home, but my camera’s taken me everywhere. For me, 'Mahadev hi swarg hai, Mahadev hi moksh hai' (Mahadev is heaven, Mahadev is liberation). I find jannat (heaven) in Ladakh’s spring and Varanasi’s chaos. Life’s a mix—socha kuch, mila kuch, hua kuch (thought something, got something else, something else happened). I chase stories, not just photos, and I’m here to capture every twist.
My Work
Travel, Aerial, Films & Lifestyle Photography - I shoot moving postcards, spiritual travel films, and real moments from the streets to the mountains.
Raw, Up-Close Storytelling - I get paas jaake (closer) to capture the soul—tribes, festivals, spiritual energy, all with analog vibe photos.
Art That Feels Alive - Not just a picture—each shot is a piece of art, moody and film-like, telling your story.
