Magic with a Mission: Debunking Myths
We use our platform to expose the tricks behind so-called miracles. Magic is not supernatural; it is pure science, psychology, and performance.
On a live News Nation debate, we were asked to test the claims of so called babas. We performed a mind reading trick, guessing the name "Vicky Kaushal" that a participant was thinking of, to show how easily such feats can be achieved through skill, not divine intervention.
Why would a news channel call a mentalist? To expose con artists. In this segment, we challenged a baba's claims by performing a similar "miracle" on the spot, correctly guessing the food a panelist was thinking of, to prove it is an art and a science.
Here, we demonstrated on live TV how a thought can be implanted in someone's mind. This experiment in mind control and suggestion was designed to show the psychological techniques behind many "miracles," empowering viewers to think critically.
About Magic with a Mission: Debunking Myths
When you see someone perform a 'miracle' on stage, they are usually using the same basic principles of psychology and misdirection that we use in our shows. We don't just perform; we peel back the curtain to show how it is done. If your event needs a speaker who can challenge perceptions and teach critical thinking, we are ready to bring that perspective to you.
For the past 13 years, we have been proving one thing: everything that looks like a supernatural phenomenon has a rational explanation. We have taken our act from the stage to national television, challenging individuals who misuse the art of magic to fool people.
Why We Do It
It is simple. People are being manipulated by tricks that are actually centuries-old sleight-of-hand techniques. When we perform in this category, we aren't trying to destroy the wonder of magic. We are trying to protect it. By revealing the science behind the 'miracle', we empower your audience to think critically about what they see.
What You Get
Our sessions on debunking myths are designed to be high-impact. We don't lecture; we demonstrate. We take the audience through the psychological loopholes that 'godmen' and con artists use, showing them how thoughts are planted and how objects are manipulated.
Tailored For Your Audience
Whether you are hosting a corporate seminar, a college fest, or a private event, we customize our approach to fit. We can perform live experiments, analyze specific 'miracle' claims, or simply explain the psychology of human perception. The goal is to leave your guests not just entertained, but also smarter about the world around them.
