About Featured
What you see here isn't just fabric; it's a conversation. Every piece, whether it’s a heavy Zardosi-worked blouse or an Indo-Western gown made from an old silk saree, starts with a chat about what makes you feel like you. I don't believe in cookie-cutter designs—I believe in stitching your stories into your sleeves.
Why Custom Matters
When you choose a custom outfit, you’re not just picking a color. You’re picking the fit, the embroidery, and the silhouette that works for your body. At my Jayanagar studio, I focus on the technical side of tailoring as much as the aesthetic—whether it’s ensuring perfect bust padding and princess-cut drafting for your bridal blouse or adding canvas fusing for that extra flare in your lehenga.
Turning Sentiment into Style
One of my absolute favorite parts of this job is Saree Upcycling. I’ve seen so many beautiful silk sarees sitting in closets because they feel 'too traditional' for modern events. We can transform that silk into a chic, structured gown or an Anarkali. It keeps the sentiment alive while giving you something fresh to wear to your next event.
The Craft Behind the Look
- Tanjore Art on Fabric: Yes, we bring traditional temple painting to your sleeves. It’s unique, it’s bold, and it’s a total conversation starter.
- Zardosi & Beadwork: I use antique gold threads and sugar beads for that royal touch.
- For the Little Ones: I design festive wear for kids using non-prickly, soft cotton linings because comfort is non-negotiable when they have to run around at weddings.
Have a specific vision? Send me a message. Whether it’s a mother-daughter coordinated set or that one blouse you’ve been sketching in your head, let’s make it happen.
