About Corporate Events & Team Fun
When we set up our live caricature station, we only need a simple table, two chairs, and decent overhead lighting from your end. We bring everything else, including our markers, art cards, and the energy to keep things lively. This minimal setup allows us to fit into almost any office layout without disrupting your event flow.
We have spent years drawing for teams at places like Amazon, Google Cloud, and Xiaomi. Our goal is to provide entertainment that actually gets people talking. You have two main ways we can do this:
Traditional Hand-Drawn
This is the classic approach. We use markers and watercolors on high-quality 250gsm A4 art card paper. It is tactile, it is real, and guests get to hold a physical piece of art right away. We usually include a protective sleeve for every drawing.
Digital Caricature Station
If your event is in a darker setting, like a cocktail party or an awards night, our digital setup is a better fit. We use an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil. The artwork looks great on the screen, and we can share the files instantly via AirDrop, email, or a QR code. We can even add your company logo or event hashtag to every file for better branding.
What to Expect
We typically aim for 20 to 25 sketches in a 3-hour session. If you have a larger crowd, we manage the queue and ensure no one gets left out—even if we have to snap a photo and sketch from that while they continue networking. For birthday or anniversary events within your company, we can create a special, larger framed piece as a gift, which is always a highlight.
We love what we do, and we think that shows in the sketches. Our caricatures are meant to be lighthearted and fun, not cruel, so you can count on us to keep the atmosphere positive for everyone.
