Beginner-Friendly Art Workshops in Bengaluru
I believe art is for everyone, not just those who think they have 'talent'. Whether you are holding a brush for the first time or just looking to unwind, my workshops are all about finding joy in the mess and making something beautiful together.
This video is a little window into our perfect Saturdays at Cubbon Park. It's all about getting together, having fun, and letting our creativity flow with watercolors, surrounded by nature.
I love capturing my art right where it was inspired. This is a watercolor study of the beautiful periwinkle flowers I found, painted on the spot to capture their true colors.
This is me in my happy place, painting under the trees at Cubbon Park. There's nothing quite like creating art outdoors, and I love sharing this feeling with everyone who joins.
Here's a glimpse into the energy of one of my indoor workshops. We also take on bigger projects like mural art, transforming walls into vibrant canvases.
This was my first painting of the year, a bouquet of loose watercolor florals. My workshops focus on this expressive and forgiving style, perfect for anyone just starting their art journey.
Here you can see me completely absorbed in my painting during a session in the park. This is the kind of peaceful focus and creative flow I hope to help you find in my workshops.
I find so much joy in painting these vibrant, imaginary flowers. It's a reminder that art doesn't have to be perfect or realistic, it just has to make you feel happy.
About this collection
When you join my Cubbon Park watercolor sessions, don't worry about being an expert. I bring the artist-grade paper and community palettes, and we spend our Saturday mornings letting go of the need for perfection. Nimge kelasa beda—you just need to show up, relax, and paint whatever flowers catch your eye.
My art journey began as a way to handle my own self-doubt, and now, my goal is to help you find that same calm. Whether we are sprawled out on mats under the trees at Cubbon Park or sitting in a cozy cafe in Indiranagar, these sessions are strictly no-pressure zones.
What happens at these sessions?
- No experience needed: If you think you cannot draw a straight line, you are exactly who I want to see. My workshops focus on loose floral watercolors—an expressive style that rewards spontaneity over precision.
- Cubbon Park Rituals: On Saturday mornings, we disconnect from screens. It is picnic-style painting where the park provides the inspiration, and the community provides the vibes.
- Private & Corporate Events: If you have a team or a group of friends wanting a creative escape, I bring the entire setup to your office or a rented studio, complete with professional-grade kits.
I keep the groups intimate so I can actually guide you through the process, rather than just standing at the front of the room. We laugh, we drink coffee, and we paint. It is less of a classroom and more of a creative hangout where you walk away with a piece of art that you created, regardless of your skill level. If you are struggling, remember that art is often about the process, not just the final result.
