We do not focus on perfection here. My classes are designed to be messy because that is where the best ideas come from. When your child comes in, they do not just follow a static drawing book; they pick a theme, learn the technique to break it down, and build their own project, whether it is a T-shirt, a pouch, or a canvas painting.

In my studio, art is about the process rather than just the final result. I see too many kids restricted by rigid drawing templates, so I focus on giving them the tools, shapes, color theory, and composition to draw what they actually see or imagine.

Whether we are working on a T-shirt painting project or a detailed sketch, the goal is always to build confidence. I introduce kids to different mediums gradually. We start with basic shapes and lines, then move into color mixing and light. It is rewarding to watch a student who started out hesitant to make a mark on a page eventually experiment with bold fabric paints on their own accessories.

My space is deliberately screen-free. We use everything from recycled materials to professional acrylics, teaching kids that creativity happens with anything they have on hand.
