Muddy Puddles: Creative Clay for Kids

This is a space for wild imagination and happy messes. In my classes for children aged 5 and up, we focus on the joy of discovery, building everything from dinosaurs to self-portraits while developing fine motor skills and creative confidence. We explore hand-building techniques like coiling, pinching, and slab work in a fun, encouraging environment.

Gentle Clay: Therapeutic Sessions for All Ages

Clay can be incredibly calming and healing. These sessions are designed as a gentle, therapeutic outlet for anyone seeking a quiet space, including seniors and individuals with dementia or sensory needs. We focus on the tactile process of rolling, squashing, and shaping the clay to soothe the mind and engage the hands.

For Grown-Ups: From First Timers to Clay Lovers

Whether you want to try the potter's wheel for the first time or deepen your hand-building skills, I have a class for you. I offer one-off 'Clay Experience' sessions for a fun introduction, as well as structured beginner and intermediate courses to help you steadily build your skills at your own pace.

Special Events & Guest Workshops

We love to mix things up with special themed workshops and collaborations. Learn specific skills like animal sculpting from talented guest artists, create festive items like clay Ganeshas, or join us for community fundraisers where we create for a cause.

From Our Studio: Student Masterpieces

I am always amazed by what my students create. This gallery showcases a variety of finished pieces, from beautifully painted tiles and mugs to elegant, wheel-thrown bowls. These are all made by students in my classes, showing what's possible with a little guidance and creativity.

The Heart of Our Studio

This studio is built on a foundation of learning, connection, and care. Here you can see my official practitioner certification and read the heartfelt feedback from students that fuels my passion. This is the 'why' behind everything I do.

Behind the Scenes: The Pottery Process

There is a quiet beauty in the essential steps of pottery that happen before a piece even takes shape. This collection shows the meditative processes of preparing the clay, like spiral kneading to remove air bubbles, and the satisfying stage of trimming a pot to define its final form.
