About Magical Unicorns & Rainbows
A great unicorn design takes about 8 to 10 minutes to paint properly. I use a one-stroke technique for the rainbow base, which means I can blend all those vibrant colors in one smooth motion before adding the detailed line work. For the best result, having a table and two chairs in a well-lit corner of your party area helps me keep the queue moving smoothly for all the kids.
When I arrive at a party, I am not just setting up paints; I am creating a space where kids can step into a storybook. Unicorns and rainbows are my most requested designs for a reason—they bring instant joy. I use FDA-approved, professional brands like Diamond FX or Tag. These are water-activated and easy to wash off with just soap and water, so parents do not need to worry about scrubbing at the end of the day.
My process is simple but careful. I layer on eye-safe, cosmetic glitter to give the finished design that 3D sparkle. If a child wants something extra, I add gems or adhesive stones to make the look pop. Whether I am at a home birthday party in Gurgaon or a larger school carnival across Delhi NCR, I always carry a full kit that includes fresh, sanitized sponges and brushes for every single child. I aim for that 8-10 minute window per complex design, ensuring every kid gets their turn without making the queue feel rushed.
